Meet our experienced and dedicated team

John was a practicing lawyer in Western Australia, over east and internationally both in law firms and in-house, specialising in the corporate realm, before joining the family business over a decade ago. He brings this corporate experience to the family business, and runs Scotts with his cousin Tim, as the third generation to be at the helm of the company.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science) and has been involved in the industry for two decades. He worked previously at the WA Department of Environment and in conjunction with the Printing Industries Association of Australia, was responsible for implementing an environmental accreditation and management system for the printing industry. With his cousin John, Tim is now at the helm as the third generation of ‘Scotts’.

Doug manages a talented team of over 35 staff from estimating, planning, prepress, offset printing and finishing departments. After completing his Apprenticeship in offset printing, Doug spent 13 years as a printer before moving to Scotts and over 35 years in the industry. Doug is the Colour Champion for Scott’s Colour Proficiency (ISO12647-2). Doug and his team ensures that all work is produced to the International colour standards.

Rio holds a Bachelor of Commerce and her passion has been a driving force behind the growth of the Scott’s fab design team. After starting in an agency, Rio made the move to Scotts, where her role has grown to encompass Marketing, Business Development and Design. Rio has worked with many local, national and international leading companies.
